Effective September 26, 2026.
This policy describes how Alpha Contracting & Consulting handles information collected through the Alpha Fine Homes website, buildwithalpha.com, through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms (Meta Instant Forms), and through other inquiries about our homes, developments and custom-building services. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Alpha Contracting & Consulting.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property or building interests, timing, financing status, purchase price or build budget, whether you are working with an agent, and the details in your message. Our custom-build Facebook and Instagram lead forms request contact information, preferred building location, lot status, planning timeline and build budget. Contact fields may be prefilled by Meta; you can review your information before submitting the form. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account details or other sensitive documents through website or social-platform inquiry forms.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your project, discuss relevant homes or homesites, arrange conversations or visits, and maintain records of our communications. We use inquiry contact details for responding to and following up on your request, not for adding you to ongoing newsletter or promotional mailing lists. We do not upload inquiry contact lists to advertising platforms. Separately, our website uses analytics and advertising event measurement as described below; this is distinct from uploading contact lists. Submitting an inquiry is not, by itself, consent to optional advertising tracking or unrelated automated marketing calls or texts.
Website technology and advertising
Our website is hosted on Webflow and uses Google reCAPTCHA on the inquiry form to help prevent spam. These providers may process technical information about your browser, device and interaction with the site. When you allow Analytics in Privacy settings, our browser consent controls load Google Analytics to help us understand website usage and improve our content and performance. Analytics measurement includes pages viewed and successful inquiries, together with browser and device information and identifiers that may be stored in cookies. Our custom successful-inquiry event does not include the values you enter in the form. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
When you allow Advertising in Privacy settings, our browser consent controls load the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and successful inquiries for advertising. Meta may receive pages visited, browser or device identifiers and event information. Cookies and other identifiers may help connect website activity with advertising interactions. Our custom browser Lead event does not include the values you enter in the inquiry form. Meta processes information under its own privacy policies. The Privacy settings controls described in this policy apply to browser-based analytics and advertising. We are still reviewing a separate server-side advertising integration and have not verified its current activity, the information it sends, or how these choices apply to it. For questions or privacy requests, contact neal@buildwithalpha.com.
Who receives information
We store and manage website inquiry records in Webflow and email, rather than in a separate CRM, spreadsheet or email-marketing platform. When you submit a Facebook or Instagram Instant Form, Meta collects your responses on its platform and makes them available to us for inquiry-related follow-up. Your inquiry may be shared with Alpha Fine Homes team members and our property representative Julie Allan for that follow-up. Authorized service providers may process inquiry information to support form hosting, storage and delivery, including Webflow and our email service providers where those services are used. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policies. Our website's browser privacy settings do not control information you choose to submit directly through Facebook or Instagram forms. This describes our inquiry-record workflow, not all data processed by website analytics or advertising technologies. Advertising platforms may receive technical event information as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our services.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to correct your inquiry information or stop inquiry-related follow-up. You can also contact us to request access to or deletion of information associated with your inquiry. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity or retain information for legal or business-record obligations.
Use the privacy banner to Accept optional, Reject optional, or Customize your choices. Analytics and Advertising are separate choices and are off by default in our browser consent controls. After choosing, use the Privacy settings button to change or withdraw permission. Rejecting optional browser tracking does not prevent you from sending an inquiry. Choices are remembered in this browser for up to 180 days when persistent storage is available; if only session storage is available, they last for that browser session, and if neither is available, they apply only to the current page. Turning off a tool that has already loaded normally refreshes the page to unload it, so finish any unsent inquiry first. If choices cannot be stored, follow the prompt to refresh manually. Changing your choice does not erase information already sent. A Global Privacy Control signal exposed by your browser keeps Advertising off in these browser controls. Browser and advertising-platform settings may offer additional choices.
Retention and security
For inquiries that do not become client projects, our policy is to review records for deletion once 24 months have passed since the last meaningful contact. We review eligible inquiries quarterly, confirm whether discussions remain active, and obtain owner approval before deleting a batch. Our target is to complete approved deletions within 30 days in Webflow and the email records we control, coordinating with our property representative where appropriate. Active inquiries, client and project records, transaction documents, and records subject to legal holds or other retention obligations are excluded from this routine inquiry cleanup. We keep a minimal record of deletion decisions and completion, without retaining the original inquiry content in that log. This inquiry-record procedure does not set Google Analytics or Meta retention periods, and deleting an inquiry does not automatically delete analytics or advertising-event records. Provider backups and independently controlled third-party records may follow separate retention processes. You may contact us about access, correction or deletion using the privacy contact below. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
